How to Order
Select a product category
Please select the type of category/product you want.
Select a product
Select the desired product, and then click add to cart. Simply select another desired product and click add to cart again to add another product.
View shopping cart
When finished adding products, click “Shopping Cart” to see the order that you have chosen. You may add your quantity of a product and click “Update” or “Remove” to delete your product. Choose to continue shopping to add another product.
Go to payment
Click “Checkout” to fill in your order detail
Register or login
Enter your email address and password if you are already registered in Kiedler, then click on “Submit”. If you want to register as our member please fill up the registration form and select “Submit” to continue. You may also click “continue as a guest” if you do not wish to be Kiedler.com member.
Fill in the shipment detail
Complete your address field form as detailed as possible. Please note that you may give us some notes on a color selection of product if applicable and/or notes to the shipping courier.
Check your order
On the Confirmation Page, double-check your total expenditure and shipping information. If you have a voucher or gift card code, please fill in the code and then click “Apply Coupon”. To finalize your order click the “Confirm”
Save your order number
After that, you will provide your order number. Please keep and take notes on the order number for payment confirmation. Do not forget to make a payment before the estimated date given.
Check the order confirmation
You will get an e-mail confirmation to your e-mail address specified.
Confirmation of bank transfer payment
Go to “Payment Confirmation” and input your order number specified before clicking “Submit”. Click “Payment Confirmation”, fill up the payment detail and click “Submit”.
Save your order number
After that you will provide your order number. Please keep and take notes on the order number for payment confirmation. Do not forget to make a payment before the estimated date given.
Check the order confirmation
