We will allow returns made within 7 days of receipt if you received a defective product. You can send the product back to us only after we approved your claim. Our 7-day return policy does not apply to items in Sale. Failure to advise the Customer Service department within 7 days may result in your request being declined.
Approved returned goods must be received by Kiedler complete and in the original packaging and condition. In the event of any returns due to a defective item received, Kiedler will reimburse you for the delivery fees involved in the return. If the replacement product is out of stock, Kiedler will process a cash refund. Please allow up to 7 days for a return to be processed and issued to you after the item is received at our warehouse.
